Commercial Projects For Design / BuildOur Design / Build Team Offers a Full Range of Services To Accommodate Our Clients Needs.First Meeting:We reserve a personal meeting with the owner, Buck Jones for you. At that time, he will provide you with a preliminary analysis of your site and talk about the parameters that can be used to build your project. During this meeting we will obtain enough information from you to start the preliminary plans.Site Analysis For Existing Building Buildouts:Buck Jones and Skip Storm meet with you on site and are accompanied by our Plumbing, Electrical and HVAC contractors to discuss your project. We will then prepare a set of plans and give you a proposal for the work to be completed.The Final Design:You will meet with Buck Jones and Skip Storm to finalize your plans. When your plans are complete, we will provide a contract for your project. We can then start the permit process and if needed can have your plans sealed by our engineer.Preconstruction Meeting:Prior to the building permit being released, you will meet with Buck Jones, Skip Storm and Laura George to review your contract and plans to ensure that we all understand the requirements for your project. You will be given a schedule of the entire project.During Construction:Payment requests are made based on a percentage of completion as your project progresses. Chuck Jones, our Superintendent and Skip Storm will be overseeing the day to day progress of your project. We will set uo periodic meetings with you to discuss the different phases of your project.Opening Day:Now that your new project is complete, it’s time for a walk through with Chuck Jones and/or Skip Storm. Often there are a few items that may still need further attention. These will be completed in a timely manner. Now it’s time to open your doors to your new business.
